Took the boys to Earthfare (local hipster store with great vegan/vegetarian options) and they have little carts. Oliver was so pleased.
If you are interested in Plan to Eat, please think about using my referral link! All you have to do is click on the sidebar picture. :) Same thing for Amazon with the banner in the header! I'm looking at more neat programs that might come in handy as a SAHM, nerdy, crafty person.
Eric and I have been playing World of Warcraft together if we can get the kids happy and we are both home. The 6 year anniversary of our first date is coming up (it was a Friday the 13th, and I'm pretty sure I used all the luck in the world to land him!) so I'm brainstorming something special. I surprised him with another set of Joy-Cons for his Switch last night, so maybe we can just get a couple hours together to game alone. We're not a demanding or high-falutin' couple, lol! Running dungeons together while eating pizza... very fancy. ;)
I filled two square Jet boxes with diaper supplies we don't use anymore and listed them on local sale sites. I got everything we own at a deal, and I'm very thankful we reached the point where I can pick and choose what cloth diapers we use out of our stash. I still have close to 80 diapers that made the cut, oops. It did clear out a ton of space! Stash is now mostly pockets and AIOs, with a couple covers that I just adore.
Izzy's had some tough eczema times. I only found out after Negi was born that it runs hardcore through my family. Negi had it rough but now only has a few outbreaks per year if that which clear up quickly, Oliver never had it, and Izzy definitely does. After trying out a few things that worked with Negi (and having no success because why would our children be easy in any way right), we took him to the ped. They suggested Cera Ve cream 3-4 times per day, no more hydrocortizone cream on his face (because that can actually change the chemical makeup of the facial skin and cause issues later in life. Did not know that!), Aquaphor on his face as need be, and a probiotic once per day. Culturelle Kids is kind of expensive but it works. They don't know why it helps kids with eczema, but it does. The exact quote from the doc was that Iz needs "to be a slippery baby all the time."
This week marks the first Hannah Working Part-Part-Time Week. We'll see how the housework and childraising go! Short easy shifts that shouldn't drain me too badly of the will to be productive at home.
Negi's been watching ToyLabTV and HobbyKidsTV for his bedtime YouTube time (if they have their tablet during the day it has to be an educational app like Starfall or ABCMouse. Negi does enjoy their ticket systems and buying things and playing 'games' so I'll do a full review of that once I have a better idea of how it works for us). Once I find our little Flip camera I'll give making videos of the boys and their exciting adventures a try. That should give them a little variety. ;-)
Hope your week is going to be great!
